I really enjoyed the mint chip ice cream so I was excited to try these! I wasn’t disappointed. I actually really enjoyed how the cookie was on the softer side, which might be an unpopular opinion. The ice cream was just like the carton, but was missing one thing. The chocolate chips!! I don’t know if that’s normal but I was sad that the sandwich didn’t look like the picture (aka with chips). Despite that, I’d get these again! A serving left me satisfied and I love that there’s no cleanup! What’s your favorite dessert from TJ’s?!
