These carrots are a staple in my life! Each color has a slightly different flavor and they look beautiful on a plate. I love to use them as a shovel for dip, or roast them! I’ve been spending a lot of time perfecting my roasted carrot recipe and I think I finally nailed it. It’s super easy and inexpensive (and of course, delicious).
