Butternut Squash Ravioli

Let me start by saying that this is just ravioli stuffed with butternut squash. Nothing more, nothing less. If you’re looking for a heavily seasoned dish, this isn’t for you! I love butternut squash which is why I wanted to give this a try. Even with the filling being quite simple, I really enjoyed it! I added a little drizzle of EVOO, with a dash of cracked pepper and chili flakes. The toppings paired really nicely with the sweetness of the squash.

I will definitely be picking these up again! The best part about it is the fact that it’s available year round, so don’t feel the need to stock up! I’m always looking for simple products that I can add my own chazzle dazzle to, and this was a success! What’s your favorite ravioli?
