Gyoza & Veggie Sauté

This whole meal came out to around 445 calories, and that’s with me making a tad higher estimations! I eat this every single week and never get tired of it. You can swap out the zucchini for broccoli, carrots or whatever other veggies you have in mind!

Ingredients Needed :

  • 10 Chicken Gyoza

  • Oil Spray of Choice

  • 1 Zucchini

  • Onion (however much your heart desires)

  • 3 tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • EBTB (however much your heart desires)

  • Garlic (however much your heart desires)

Directions :

  1. Spray your pan with your oil of choice and place potstickers flat side down (do not turn the burner on yet).

  2. Place chopped zucchini and onion next to the potstickers in the pan.

  3. Turn the burner on medium/high heat.

  4. Let simmer for 5 minutes, letting the potstickers get golden brown and while occasionally flipping the zucchini mixture.

  5. After the 5 minutes, add whatever seasonings your heart desires (I used EBTB) and also add your chopped garlic.

  6. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover the pan for an additional 5 minutes or until the potstickers are fully steamed.

  7. Once the zucchini is sautéed to your liking and the potstickers are fully steamed, remove from heat.

  8. Drizzle 1 tbs of the soy sauce on the zucchini and use the rest for dipping the potstickers. ENJOY!
